Tom, as a child had a dream, a hot, very hot dream........

Hot sauce that is!  Early in life Tom visited Jamaica and fell in love with the tastes and flavors of the island.  His dream was to bring it back to the USA for all to fall in love with as well.

Montego Bay Trading Co. is a result of the first trip to Jamaica, and Beasley`s Dunn Falls River brand is the main attraction.  Hot sauce, Jerk Rubs, and BBQ were the first order of business with Hot Pepper Jellies being added to the line-up later.

The Naga Bhut Jolokia is the latest addition to the Montetgo Bay Trading Co`s. roster.  It is considered by many to be the hottest chili pepper from HELL, and we mean the most darkest, hottest corner of HELL.  It is also called the Ghost Chili. (1,000,000 scoville heat units) You better have a cast iron stomach to handle this sauce.  Tom imported it from the small place called Changpool, India, and started out selling it as a ground pepper, then a hot sauce called Hell`s Inferno Naga Pepper Sauce. Then came Heavenly Sweet Heat and Undertaker......and there are more to come in the next few months.
